ROLES AND RESPONSIBITIES
Location Co-ordinator
Location coordinator is the ultimate responsible person for the smooth running of the ManaBadi classes at the location. Coordinators should work with the regional and/or central ManaBadi teams in the expansion efforts.
Primary Fulltime Teachers
Full time teacher must serve as Primary teacher for at least 2.5 / 3 quarters. Exceptions will be considered on an individual basis. Must be fluent in reading, writing, speaking Telugu language
Balaguruvulu
Support teachers(Adult volunteers) & Teacher Assistants (Balaguruvulu).
Balaguruvulu are students who have successfully completed Prabhasam level. Adult volunteers must be proficient in writing, reading and speaking Telugu.
